Atlantic Blue is a top floor duplex 1-bedroom apartment that is just a pebble’s throw from Porthmeor beach, St Ives. It sleeps 4 in the downstairs bedroom that either be 2 single beds or a super king size bed (in width only as it is two 3ft single beds joined together) and a king size sofa bed in the upstairs living room. There is a family bathroom on the same level as the bedroom with bath and shower over, wash basin and WC. The upstairs living room has patio doors that lead to a private and enclosed terrace that overlooks Porthmeor beach. The downstairs kitchen has a large window with gorgeous sea and beach views. The living room has a king size sofa bed. Porthmeor beach is right on your doorstep and the town centre with all of its restaurants, bars and cafes and the harbour is just one minute on foot. 1 x small to medium sized (up to 18kgs) well-behaved dog is accepted. The pet fee is £8 per night. (terms and conditions apply). There is free WiFi throughout the apartment. There is an allocated parking space in the underground parking garage for one family sized car (2m wide, 5m deep. The entrance into the garage is 1.9m high). All bed linen, bath towels and utilities are included in the rate.
