We are the largest Pilates Studio in Scotland and the only place to offer group Matwork and Apparatus Pilates Classes in Perthshire. At Balans, we have internationally acclaimed 2nd Generation Pilates Masters and 3rd Generation Pilates Teachers, and we offer Lolita’s Legacy Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training in an intensive format ideal for international students.
