Kitley House is a historic manor house on a privately-owned estate in Devon’s stunning South Hams, overlooking the tranquil Yealm estuary and a lake. 600 acres of parkland and woodland are exclusively yours to enjoy – the perfect year-round venue for weddings, holidays and all manner of special celebrations. Our food is freshly prepared from locally-sourced ingredients, some from the estate itself. We cater for all types of private functions - weddings, wakes, anniversary meals, parties and corporate events. Throughout the year, we hold seasonal Fine Dining evenings, Sunday Lunches and indulgent Afternoon Tea events. As a private-hire venue, we ask our guests to book these events in advance. We can also provide full catering for large groups staying at Kitley on holiday.
