Overlooking Cawsand Bay and Penlee Wood and is on the South West Coastal Path. A short walk down to Cawsand and Kingsand, a mile from Polhawn Fort, Mount Edgcumbe Park and Whitsand Bay. There are two ensuite bedrooms with sea views and a self contained flat on the ground floor with its own entrance and outside space for those looking for longer stays. The Firs benefits from secure private off road parking. All rooms have flat screen TV, free Wifi and tea and coffee making facilities. There are a number of steps up to the property so not suitable for those with poor mobility.
