YOU BOOK WE COOK. The Bistro is situated in the heart of Ventnor . A small, relaxed, contemporary restaurant run by the owners Andy and Jane. The artwork on the wall is for sale and all done by local artists. The Bistro has an open kitchen where you can hear, see and smell what Andy is cooking. European cuisine with a fusion of ingredients from our garden, our Island & the rest of the world. The menu changes frequently with an extensive wine list to compliment the food. . .
