The Solent Inn is a traditional ye old pub and is one of the oldest pubs in Ryde. It is located just off the sea front on Monkton Street and serves fresh homemade food including a popular Sunday roast. Fine real ales can be enjoyed all year round with 3 regular ales and one guest on tap at all times. we are considered one of the best real ale house in the area, and as well as being pasionate about real ale we are now introducing real cider on pump and bottles. We hold regular ale festivals through out the year which have become very popular with our ale lovers and we can have up to 20 ales at a time for you to enjoy. There is an annual cider and gin festival along with regular weekly live music and a popular open mic night every Thursday where all are welcome to either participate or just relax with a drink and listen to some of the islands very talanted performers. All of the above can be enjoyed in either our award winning garden or in one of our cosy welcoming bars.
