About
St George's Church is a 13th Century church set in the village of Fovant. Noted for its Norman style architecture, complete with embattlement turret, open cornice and stonework. The church and indeed it's graveyard has a large military connection, not just from the inhabitants of the now defunct WW1 Fovant camp, but the world famous Fovant badges on the local hillside.
