It offers a wide range of high‑performance mountain bikes – from hardtails to full‑suspension and a growing electric‑bike fleet – that can be hired for days, weeks or even months. Riders receive a free bike‑set‑up, helmet, paddle, toolkit, water bottle holder, pump and a personalised route guide delivered on a USB stick or hard‑copy. With free on‑site parking and a delivery service, the shop caters to both locals and visitors. The staff are knowledgeable locals who share route recommendations, GPS files and GPX tracks for over 217 miles of hand‑picked trails, ranging from leisurely rides around Ladybower to technical downhill lakesides and ancient ridges.
