Small family run restaurant that serves beautiful food, set in a stunning medieval building. The Mill was a water mill that was worked by the Monks of Monk Breton Priory and subsequent dwellers. Seeped in rich history and has links to King Henry 8th after the dissolution of Catholicism. A real gem in Barnsley’s. Crown. We are believed to be the oldest working public building with a restaurant and pub in the UK. We have an absolutely stunning beer garden that is open during the summer and nice weather. We are quite unique!
