Welcome to Philmar Guest House Skegness. The Philmar is a family run Guest house situated on the North of the town centre. We are situated in a quiet residential area away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy what Skegness has to offer. We have 7 bedrooms in total 1 of which is ground floor. We have 6 double bed rooms and 1 spacious Family suite which benefits from having a king size bed and can be let as a twin. We have a spacious dining area for you to enjoy your home cooked breakfast. We are only a 2 minutes walk away from the Seafront and the Blue Flag Beach, Northshore Golf Club, Skegness Foreshore Bowling Greens, Natureland, the pier, arcades and all other attractions. The Clock Tower and Town Centre is only a 5 minutes walk away. There is a very nice sun patio for guests to enjoy, we Advertise all the latest shows which we highly recommend at the Skegness Embassy Centre, again only a few minutes walk away. There is free on road parking outside the Guest House with no restrictions. You will never be bored as there is plenty to do day and night for the young and old. There are lots of very nice eating places within walking distance whether you just want a bar snack, Fish & Chips or something a little more special which include Indian, Italian or simple home cooking. If you want that extra treat you can have Flowers, Champaign or chocolates in your room, and can also provide a packed lunch or picnic on request. (24 hours notice required.) Whether it is for a short stay, a weeks holiday or a romantic getaway the Philmar Guest House will provide you with clean, extremely comfortable accommodation to suit your requirements and is simply a great place to stay.
