The Wheatsheaf and Pigeon is a community pub on the corner of Wheatsheaf Lane and Penton Road between Staines Upon Thames and Laleham. It was built in 1850 as a public house to serve the families of the eel fishermen who lived in the cottages next door. We are family and dog friendly but please keep both on a leash! We welcome anyone looking for a great meal, great service and a relaxing atmosphere. We are the winners of the Best Thames Local Pub 2012/2014/2015 (runner up in 2013) sponsored by the River Thames Guide.
