The well-preserved remains at Newport Roman Villa provide a fascinating insight into country life in third century Britain. With hands-on activity room and Roman herb garden. From 2nd April to 29th September 2025 the Villa is open Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays from 10.30-2.30 (last admission). During July and August it is open 6 days a week Monday-Saturday from 10.30-2.30 (last admission). Admission: Adult £4.95; Seniors & Students £4.25; Children (5-17) £3.00; Children under 5, Free; Families (2+2) £12.50; Families (1+2) £8.95. 20% Discount for visitors arriving by bicycle (cycle parking rack available) and those showing the Southern Vectis bus app.
