The Pump House is a cafe serving fabulous homemade cakes, award-winning locally-roasted coffee and light lunches. Afternoon Tea served, booking required. Lots of outside seating, free car parking and lots to explore nearby. The cafe is located in a Grade II listed building dating from approximately 1766. Water pumped from an underground well was used by the Royal Navy in the breweries and rum stores in Royal Clarence Yard, which supplied food and drink to the Royal Navy for almost 200 years.
