SO14 0PS The objective of the Society is the advancement of Hindu religion. The Society may a. Conduct the centre for the advancement of Hindu religion. b. Impart and promote the study of Vedic teachings and philosophies. c. Promote the study of comparative religions and philosophies in their widest form. d. Study the lives and teachings of the great teachers and sages of India and of the Hindu religions. e. Provide facilities for religious and cultural functions. f. Arrange lectures and discussions on Hindu religion. g. Provide a meeting place for Hindus of all schools and opinions and for others interested in the Hindu religion. h. Raise funds and invite and receive contributions from any person(s) by way of subscriptions, donations and otherwise provided that the Society shall not undertake any permanent trading activities in raising funds for its object. i. Encourage community service for/to the Hindu community to further the object of the Society. j. Do all such other things as shall further the advancement of the Hindu religion.
