Real Sourdough bakery bringing real bread, delicious home-made cakes to local community in Eastwood, Leigh on Sea; without using any additives or preservatives. Welcoming everyone, including your four legs friends. A cosy little Victorian cottage ideally situated between central Leigh-on-Sea and Belfairs. From the very first moment we entered this building it felt like home. In the late 1950`s this building used to be a bakery so we are proud to bring old fashioned traditional baking back to the local community. The large bakery allows us to focus on supporting lots of local cafés, hotels & restaurants, but also gives us a fantastic space to run our baking school. From the early morning dash for fresh sourdough to relaxing afternoons serving organic coffee and tea to go with a sweet delight from our patisserie, we are sure you will be coming back for more!
