We offer a range of classes from beginner level through all ages and stages of life and even our own in-house Teacher Training. Our unique oasis is positioned on the seafront overlooking the Thames Estuary at Thorpe bay, Southend-on-Sea, Essex. With brand new specialist facilities including a state of the art studio, treatment room and reception/chill out café with under floor heating and mood lighting and a wonderfully welcoming ambience. Here we offer Yoga, Pilates, Meditation, Osteopathy, Ayurveda, many different types of Massage, Reiki and much more… and all under one roof. Our aim is to facilitate holistic well-being for you.
