Reflections is a luxury family friendly health and leisure centre in the heart of Great Baddow, Chelmsford, Essex. We offer monthly memberships for adults and children, plus Day Visit passes to non-members. Whether you are looking to relax with friends, swim with family or take some time for yourself, Reflections is the place to be. Situated in the beautiful grounds of Pontlands Park hotel, Reflections has all the amenities you could need. Heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools, which are available all year round. In addition, there are two Jacuzzis, one indoors and a second, outside on our sun terrace. The outdoor jacuzzi is also run all year round, both with temperatures between 36°c and 38°c. There is also a sauna, steam room and a fitness room offering a selection of cardiovascular fitness equipment.
