A traditional 18th century country pub offering great food, large beer garden & function room for 25-30 people. The venue is located on the outskirts of Maldon in central Essex and is surrounded by beautiful farmland. We offer ‘classic British favourites’ including: a selection of fresh baked pies with seasonal vegetables, fish & chips, various pasta dishes (Lasagne & Spaghetti), steaks, sea bass, salads, soups etc. We also offer lighter options such as sandwiches, wraps & baguettes. We recommend that you book for our Sunday roast dinner options, due to the limited places and demand! We also host numerous events throughout the year and our function room is FREE for groups of 10+ people.
