We are situated under 1 mile away from Southend airport. We have 2 medium sized beautifully decorated very comfortable double rooms with a large shared bathroom between these 2 rooms. The bathroom has toilet, wash bowl, rain shower and bidet. Both rooms look directly across Southend airport where you can watch planes land and take-off. To some this is ultimately exciting, to others not so. The plane service starts at 6:45am and finishes at 11:45pm (if no delays.) and although both rooms are double glazed there will be some noise. Our B & B is only a 20 minute easy walk directly to the airport terminal. We have free adequate room for parking by 'pre arrangement', a charge apply for cars left for more than 2 night stays. We provide a tasty eat-as-much-as-you-like cold buffet style breakfast between 7am and 9:30 am in our airy breakfast and communal room serving Filter coffee Various breakfast and fruit teas Fresh juice Cereal choices Choices of fresh breads Croissants Brioche rolls Biscuits This room can be used in the evening for social chitchats and games. This is a strictly NO SMOKING house anywhere in or around the property and no facilities are made for smokers.
