Under new management since May 2022 and nestling in the heart of the Dengie Peninsula of South East Essex, For at least 180 years the Red Lion Inn has been offering a warm welcome to travellers, visitors and locals alike. We have a large garden to relax in where the children are more than welcome. There is a large play area for them, and there is seating for around 100 people so you should be able to sit down, soak up the sun and enjoy a cold drink! Great food, excellent beers and wines as well as regular events and entertainment; every Friday or Saturday there is Live Music or a Disco or Karaoke Night or Pub Quiz. Or why not stay in one of the comfortable, competitively priced and well appointed rooms and enjoy a longer visit wether it be business or pleasure.
