A self contained ground floor flat in the beautiful East Neuk of Fife. Ideally situated minutes from the Coastal Path with sea views from the bedroom and the garden. A quiet coastal village setting ideally placed for coastal walks, bird watching, golf, outdoor activities or just relaxing and unwinding. Double bedroom with sea views, a bathroom with bath and shower over, and a fully fitted kitchen / dining / living area with a double sofa bed and shared garden. For two adults but can also be used for up to four using the double sofa bed. Access to our garden with sea views. Guests are welcome to pick herbs from our garden for cooking and have the use of a charcoal burning bbq. The property is a self contained ground floor flat with private access. Forming part of a traditional fishermans tenement. My wife and I live on the other two floors so are readily available if there are any special guest requirements. We are also happy to provide home made cooked meals if guests would like to try some traditional Scottish fayre such as Haggis Creggans, Smoked Fish Platters,prime Scottish Beef Fillet or Poached Prawns Isle of May ! Enjoy relaxing coastal walks. There are a mixture of Sandy and Rocky beaches suitable for fossil hunting or just relaxing or having a beach BBQ. The bus service can take you to Edinburgh, St. Andrews or Dundee or to any of the other coastal villages.
