It is furnished to a very high standard. Polruan's village shops and inns and the ferry to Fowey are all within easy walking distance as are the coastal paths. Unloading is possible within 20 yards and private parking is available at £30 per week subject to availabilty or in the main car park. Please note lettings run from Friday to Friday<br>
