The house is situated 5 minutes from Padstow Harbour with all its lovely restaurants and shops. It is very modern with lots of added features, including a modern sun room and kitchen and a cozy lounge. The garden has views over the estuary to Rock and garden furniture and a swing seat. A very sociable house but with a cosy lounge to get away from it all as well. The kitchen is a real cook's kitchen with lots of quality appliances and kitchen equipment, including a built in coffee machine, Quooker boiling water tap and waste disposal unit..
