Our Head Chef James Parkinson has over 25 years’ experience working in the kitchens of luxury hotels, but is also a parent who knows how to cater for the foodie demands of the whole family. James and his team have got to know the local farmers and fishermen, meaning that the finest, freshest ingredients are plated up in our restaurants.
