Founded in 2015, Nelson’s Distillery & School quickly became a benchmark for quality craft gins and rums. After a recent change of ownership, the distillery school has closed but production continues under new leadership, ensuring the same award‑winning spirit craftsmanship. The 150‑liter copper still, famously named Victory, sits at the heart of the distillery’s operations and can be seen in photos and videos across the site. Collaborations with Michelin‑star chefs such as Michel Roux Jr. and Matt Tebbutt showcase the distillery’s expertise in crafting bespoke spirits. Visitors can participate in hands‑on workshops, learn the history and science of distilling, and take home a personalised 70cl bottle to cherish.
