Parrilla is a Steakhouse & Grill in a South American style. Think Argentinian style steaks but all locally sourced with 20 miles. The meat comes from our own herd and is displayed in our Dry-Ager in the restaurant. The ground floor is a fine dining style decor reminiscent of old grand hotels in Havana, Cuba. It also has our “open kitchen” where you can see the chefs chargrilling steaks! The basement (complete with former Chubb bank vault!) is brightly coloured in carnival style decoration (think Mexico’s day of the dead!). There is an extensive wine list (predominantly South American with lots of Malbecs). There are also a choice of South American larger beers, plus our very own Parrilla Ale!
