About
The Parish Church of St Augustine of Canterbury, Even Swindon was built in 1907/1908 to serve the large numbers of people moving to Swindon because of the Great Western Railway Works. The historic former Works buildings are within our parish boundaries, and now house the MacArthur Glen Designer Outlet Village. Also on the same site are the STEAM Museum, the National Trust Headquarters and the English Heritage National Monuments and Records Office.
