The Hotel is family run by Ian, Sharon and our two daughters, we endeavour to create an informal and friendly home- from-home atmosphere and love to chat with our guests. We are perfectly situated in the Roundham conservation area, which is between the main Paignton beach and Goodrington Sands. Paignton harbour is only a two minute walk from the hotel, and offers a good selection of pubs, restaurants, cafes and take-aways. The harbour also provides ferry services to Brixham and Torquay. For those wishing to visit Paignton Zoo there is a bus service just outside the hotel. Paignton bus and train station are approx. 10 mins walk from us, and the Dartmouth Steam Railway is located right next to the main train station. The Steam train offers a wonderful way to visit the historic and pretty town of Dartmouth. There are several historic properties to visit in the area all within 8 miles, including the very popular Greenway - Agatha Christie's home. Cleve Court Hotel is a great destination for tourists, walkers, cyclists and sailing events. The Hotel offers flat-screen TV's in the rooms, and free high-speed Wi-Fi. We have a comfortable bar & lounge area in which guests are welcome to eat a take-away (just let us know and we'll provide plates and cutlery). Sharon is very proud of our breakfast menu, which is all freshly cooked and is much praised by guests. For guests with a vehicle, free parking is available.
