Larches Cottage is a pretty little three bedroomed cottage in an enclosed L shaped upper courtyard along with two other cottages. (There is a lower courtyard with access to the communal garden and barbeque area.) The kitchen and living room are one combined, open plan space. Kitchen; There is a farmhouse kitchen table with five chairs and two bar stools at the kitchen worktop area. Living room: there are two big sofas, a bean bag, small arm chair and an electric 'gas' fire. Downstairs WC and sink. Stairs up to the bedrooms and small bathroom. I x King, 1 x Twin and 1 x Single. Each with chest of drawers and wardrobe (except the twin - there is a clothes rail in the airing cupboard if needed). Nestling deep in the heart of the South Hams, the cottage is in a great position to explore the local beaches and country walks. (3pm check-in and 10:00am departure)
