The Purple Tree Guest House is a large, extended Victorian house, & is extremely well positioned as it is a short walk from the sea front, the English Riviera Center, the theater and shops, bars and restaurants. Free BT Wi-Fi is offered throughout the guest house, with free private parking or on-street parking available. We have ten beautiful bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and two self-catering family apartments, one of these is located on the ground floor. All rooms have smart TV’s which you can watch Netflix or any other streaming channel you prefer via the free Wi-Fi. Outside we have a garden terrace which overlooks the picturesque valley where you can relax and enjoy on warmer days and nights. We also have a 30-foot seasonal heated swimming pool & Jacuzzi. We have a dining room & licensed bar to the front of the property where we serve breakfast from 8.30am to 9.30am. We can also cater for snacks and drinks during your stay if you are with us during the day. The Purple Tree Guest house has many opportunities for its guests to see the surrounding area. We are a few minutes’ walk from the Torres train station, there is a bus stop not far from the entrance and we are only 10 to 15 minutes’ walk to the Torquay seafront and harbour. Located well for the town centre, an easy walk to the beach and the many amenities, the guest house is situated on the main route into Torquay. With Torre train station and a bus stop close by, ideal for guests to benefit during their stay and travel easily without their car.
