Authentic hand made pizza with slow fermentation method of dough making, fresh home made sauce and freshest ingredients prepared daily. Whole pizza made to order lunch and dinner and pizza by slice throughout the day. We do not buy frozen ingredients for our toppings, we source the best charcuterie and cheeses from Italy or locally. Everything is made on site and we are proud of the quality of our pizza, having been trained and accredited by the Italian Pizza Association. We prepare fresh coleslaw; our tapas and salad boxes are made to order using our freshest ingredients. We have a selection of cold soft drinks and are proud to have Salcombe's first water refilling station, providing cooled filtered water for a nominal charge in our efforts to reduce the number of plastic single use bottles impacting on our marine environment. Purchase a bottle of water from us and refill it at our water station free! We make every pizza to order and welcome telephone orders to collect.
