The Crown Inn is a 16th century thatched pub on the Jurassic Coast The Crown Inn is a beautiful 16th century thatched pub situated in the village of Puncknowle (pronounced Punnel), a stones throw away from the stunning West Dorset coastline. New tenants Lyn and Paul assure you of a warm welcome to The Crown. There's plenty to do all year round, whether you are relaxing in the large beer garden with stunning views on a hot summers day, enjoying an award winning local ale in the bar next to the log burner or tucking into some traditional locally sourced pub fare. We also offer two lovely en-suite B&B rooms if you plan on spending days exploring the spectacular landscapes of the Dorset coastline and Jurassic Coast. We are more than happy to welcome dogs in the garden, upper bar area and bedrooms.
