Westlands Entertainment Venue is South Somerset’s newest entertainment and conference venue. South Somerset District Council refurbished the venue following a petition signed by local residents, and Westlands is now a bright and bustling venue offering a space for local residents, visitors and businesses to meet, take part in classes or attend functions and events. Being managed by the same team managing The Octagon Theatre, Westlands offers a complimentary programme of fantastic live events including a monthly comedy club, cinema screenings (featuring 36 comfortable sofas), party nights, festivals and more. The venue is open Monday - Saturday offering visitors free parking, free wifi and a great place to have lunch and meet friends. Westlands boasts a range of versatile function spaces that are perfect for meetings, conferences, parties and events – these spaces are available to hire. Regular classes also take place at the venue including ballroom dancing on our stunning dance floor.
