A 500-year-old traditional village pub owned by the Hannah family, situated in the beautiful village of Raskelf, North Yorkshire (just off the A19 north of York) it dates back to the 16th century with its structure boasts ships timber brought up the river Ouse from Hull. A Free House, the local beer is Theakston's Best, Timothy Taylor's Landlord & Hambleton brewery Stud Blonde (gluten free), plus a regular choice of rotating guest ales. The Sunday roast is to die for, all local produce supplied by the farmers that frequent the pub. A beautiful pub menu including Pub Classics such as Fish and Chips, Steak and Ale Pie, Steak Burger, Soup and a sandwich, Sandwich selection, Ploughman's Lunch, Pork Belly, Local steak selection, Seabass, Great veggie dishes to name a few.
